Meet Keith & Lauren
Keith
I’ve worked in technology for more than 30 years, and what I’ve learned is that most people don’t call because of technology. They call because they’re frustrated. “My Wi-Fi isn’t working.” “I don’t understand this new computer.” “I’m afraid I’ll lose all my photos.” “This is probably my fault.” “I don’t want to make it worse.” My job is to solve the problem, explain what happened in simple terms, make sure everything works, and most importantly, make sure you feel comfortable and confident before I leave.
I love it when clients stay while I work and ask questions. Some people think they should leave the room or apologize for taking up my time, but that’s never how I feel. I enjoy helping people understand their technology, and I never want anyone to feel like they’re bothering me. I don’t expect people to know the technical side of things. That’s why you called me.
Technology can be frustrating, and you may not be passionate about it, but I’ve got enough passion for both of us.
Lauren
I’ve always believed it’s the little details that make the biggest difference. Keeping people informed, staying organized, and following through can turn a stressful experience into a positive one. After more than 20 years helping clients through one of life’s biggest transitions as a licensed Georgia real estate broker, I’ve learned that building trust isn’t about one big moment. It’s about doing the little things consistently, every step of the way.
At GoLeap, I keep everything moving behind the scenes. I research products, manage our marketing, and help keep projects organized so nothing falls through the cracks. While Keith is focused on solving technology challenges, I’m making sure every project runs smoothly from beginning to end.
